Bio
M'Kailah was the first hire for new iterim head coach Dmitriy Tukan in July 2019. She is no stranger to the NWAC, having played in 2013 and 2014 for Shoreline Community College as the starting middle hitter for the Dolphins. M'Kailah lead the Dolphins to an NWAC tournament appearance her freshman season, and was named 2nd Team All-North Region while also receiving All Academic honors.
Upon graduating from Shoreline, M'Kailah transferred to Warner Pacific University and had a solid two year career before earning her Bachelor of Science degree in human develpment and family studies.
She spent the 2018 as an assistant coach at Mount Vernon High School and currently works as a preschool teacher at the YMCA.
