Bio

Markieth became the All Time leading scorer in EvCC men’s basketball history this past season with 1,382 career points.  That was a 27 year old record that was previously held by Shawn Frank who is an EvCC Hall of Famer. Markieth helped lead the Trojans to back to back North Region Titles his freshman and sophomore year for the first time in school history.  This season he averaged 26.2 points per game and was 2nd in the NWAC in scoring avg.  Markieth was named the North Region Most Valuable Player and will graduate with distinction this spring.  He has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his basketball and educational career at Black Hills State University.
