2023-2024 Women's Volleyball Athlete of the Year. Camille Clarke had a tremendous two year career for the Trojans, helping the team reach the NWAC playoffs in back to back seasons and twice reaching the top 12.  In one of her best games of the season, Clarke tallied a career high 44 digs and 2 service aces in a dramatic 5 set win over Lower Columbia College.  She was named NWAC defensive player of the week four times in the 2023 season, a feat that has never before been accomplished at EvCC in any sport.  Her 660 digs this season ranks as the most all time at EvCC and her career total of 796 gives her a digs per set average of 4.47 which ranks as second most all time at EvCC.  Her efforts all season were recognized when she was named first team all north region and will be headed to Alabama State University in the fall.  Clarke is an exceptional student, graduating with high distinction and made the Academic Honor three times, including twice on the Dean’s List and is a 2024 inductee of the academic honor society Theta Chi Alpha.
