The Trojans (8-6) hosted Tacoma (2-9) Saturday night in their last game before league play. Tacoma got out in front early and made it tough for the Trojans to come back. In the first quarter, Tacoma got out to an early 24-6 lead. The Trojans were able to chip their way back but Tacoma was able to maintain a double-digit lead for most of the game.
The Trojans were able to close it down to single digits with under a minute remaining but Tacoma would be able to go on and win 60-54.
Morgan Marshall led the Trojans with 16 points to go along with 5 rebounds. Hannah Hezekiah finished with 12 and Kelsey Mellick with 11.
