Bio
Eli Konsker was named the 17th head coach in Trojan baseball history in the summer of 2025 after having spent the previous two seasons as the lead hitting coach. In those first two seasons with Coach Konsker on staff EvCC won back-to-back north region titles, while being among the top of the NWAC in nearly every major offensive stat category. He was promoted to associate head coach for the 2025 season and was named the north region assistant coach of the year off the heels of a 39-win season, tying the program record for the most wins in a season.
Many individuals improved their performance at the plate under Konsker's guidance including Sophomore First Team All North Region and ABCA All American Colin Beazizo who went from a .182 batting average his freshman year to .381 with four home runs. As well as the north region's most valuable player Micah Coleman who improved his batting average from .250 to .361 while reducing his strikeout rate by 70%.
Prior to coaching at Everett, Eli spent parts of the 2021 and 2022 seasons with the Texas Rangers organization, working as a minor league hitting coach and contributing in analytics, scouting, and video. He played college baseball at Linfield College and is a native of the Seattle area, playing his high school ball at Nathan Hale.
