Reda Long, Women's Track & Field
Our Female Athlete of the Week is Reda Long, a freshman from Arlington High School in Arlington, WA on the Track & Field Team. At the Western Washington University Ralph Vernacchia Invite, Reda helped her 4X400 team finish in 5th place with a time of 4:36.20. She also ran the 1500 meter in 5:07.11 which is a personal record for her in that event.
