This week's Female Athlete of the Week is Volleyball Outside Hitter, Maya Gaudia, a sophomore from Draper American Prep Academy in Salt Lake City, UT. In the two matches this past week against Edmonds College (#1 in the North with a 6-0 league record) and Olympic College, Maya had a total of 8 kills, 3 service aces, 9 digs, 5 solo blocks and 1 assisted block. On the season, she has 203 kills (17th in te NWAC) with a 3.03 kill per set (16th in the NWAC) and a 10.06 attack per set (6th in the NWAC). Her 33 solo blocks ranks 33rd in the NWAC.
