Davis Downer is this week's Male Athlete of the Week. Davis is a Sophomore outfielder on the Baseball team from O'Dea High School and is from Mukilteo, WA. In the four game sweep of Pierce College this past weekend, Davis went 10 for 17 at the plate with 7 RBI's, 2 triples, 1 homerun, 1 sac fly and 2 runs scored. His homerun happened at Funko Field on Sunday and went over the wall at one of the deepest parts in right field. On the season, Davis has a .365 batting average, with is 21st in the NWAC with 16 RBI's, 6 runs scored, 2 stolen bases, 2 doubles, 2 triples and the one homerun. His 52 at bats, 19 hits and 16 RBI's are all 1st in the NWAC. He also has a .370 On Base Percentage and his .538 Slugging Percentage is 9th in the NWAC.
