Welcome to the Getting Started Checklist for Student-Athletes

1 - Get to know us
     Contact your coach for a specialized tour of Everett Community College. Let your coach know your interested program of study.

2 - Apply online for Admission
     Your acceptance email or letter will include your Student ID Number (SID) and PIN.
     Residency information will also be included. Residency issues contact 

3 - Explore our Educational Pathways 
     Choose the right one for you

4 - Apply online for Financial Aid
     Fill out your FAFSA online at  Everett CC code is 003776
     Additional documents will be required for your EvCC financial aid application - click here for those Financial Aid Forms
     Financial Aid Portal - to check aid status as well as scholarships and waivers.

5 - Complete online orientation
     New students must complete online orientation before they can register for classes.

6 - Establish Placement for Classes
     New students are required to get English and Math Placement before registering for classes. 
     Test Fee: $30.00. Pay fee at Cashiers office, take reciept to Testing Center during open hours.
     Alternative placement is also available.

7 - Transferring from Another College?
     Get official transcripts sent to EvCC Enrollment Services. 
     Bring an unofficial copy to advising session.

8 - Entry Advising
     New students must complete entry advising to select first quarter classes. 
     Entry Advising is located in Rainier Hall 104 and can be done during walk-in hours.

9 - Choose a Pathway
     Starting Fall 2018, all new students must select a pathway before registering for classes.

10 - Register for Classes
       After completion of online orientation, testing and entry advising, you may register for classes.
       Using your SID and PIN, you can register at MyEvCC Portal
       Or in person at Enrollment Services in Parks Student Union 201.

11 - Pay Tuition and Fees
       If payment is not made by the payment deadline, you will be dropped from your classes.
       You can pay your tuition and fees:
            Fully In person at Cashiers Office in Parks Student Union 201
            Mail a check ~ Everett CC, Attn: Cashiers office, 2000 Tower St., Everett, WA 98201
            Online with a debit or credit card
            Payment Plan - pay 1/2 of tuition and fees + $10.00 service fee by deadline, remaining balance by 35th day of quarter
                 1st payment in person only at Cashiers Office; 2nd payment online or in person

12 - Books, Transportation, Parking
       Books: In person at Parks Student Union; Online at
       Transportation: Purchase an ORCA bus pass at Cashiers Office
       Parking: On campus requires a parking permit. Purchase permit in person at Cashiers Office or Online
